Besides the richly decorated trees that really make a statement, we are very happy with the custom-made pillar ornaments and the ornaments hanging from the ceiling. This added a lot of atmosphere in many places with minimal space.
In the area of communication, things did not always go smoothly, but in the case of emergencies or matters under time pressure, someone is always available and quick to respond. Despite the points of communication that could find improvement, communication is fine.
How effective do you find our response time and solution orientation?
We really like the flexibility and creativity offered to take into account local needs (there are quite a few) and come up with an appropriate solution. We are completely taken care of.
The quick response times to unforeseen challenges, such as in the 2023 season, where a workable solution was provided within 24 hours, was also unprecedented.
