With more than 45 years of experience and a global network of 26 subsidiaries, Blachère creates wondrous creations every year for more than 150 countries. From the radiant lighting on the Eiffel Tower with the transition to the new millennium, to the illumination of the most beautiful avenue in the world, the Champs Élysées, to even the illumination of world cities such as Amsterdam, Vienna, Moscow, Dubai, London or Rio. Our goal is to understand the challenges facing cities and shopping centers.
We were the first to make the use of LED lighting the norm within our group. The lifespan is ten times longer and it also consumes up to ten times less power. This is how we contribute to your sustainability.
For the next three years, Blachere Illumination is committed to an environmentally friendly approach by producing electricity from renewable energy sources (hydraulic, geothermal, wind or solar).
The first recyclable and biodegradable ornaments! BIOPrint comes from a biosourced sugar cane without GMOs, which is then converted in a French laboratory into the recyclable and biodegradable ornaments.
Since 2004, the Jean-Paul Blachère Foundation has participated in the development of Africa by helping the contemporary creation and promotion of its artists. This is in line with our aesthetic and ethical values.
The paper in our catalog comes from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified forests. The Imprim'Vert® brand aims to promote the reduction of the environmental impact of printer activity.

Blachère Illumination is a traditional French family business that today is still nestled in its birthplace (Apt France), but with a forward-looking focus on international growth. Our expertise and innovative designs set us apart from the rest, allowing us to create exceptional custom lighting creations to match your image!
Based in Provence in Apt, our “haute couture” workshops bring together 60 people each year. This number rises to more than 120 workers in season! Large spruces of more than 25 meters, monumental fountains or colorful tunnels of 100 meters long, everything is made with the greatest care and attention to detail. A total of 50,000 ornaments are produced annually in all our production sites by more than 400 employees. The French state has awarded us the EPV label that recognizes French companies with craft and industrial know-how. We are also the only French lighting company to have obtained ISO 9001 certification.
