The NobodyIsNotWelcome (NINW) Foundation is an initiative of Patrick Avontuur (director/owner Avontuur-BlachèreNL).
Avontuur-BlachèreNL is thus the founding partner of the foundation that is committed to a society where differences are embraced and everyone has the opportunity to develop their talents to the fullest.
NINW is a bridge-builder that seeks to connect, have fun and break down pigeonholing and “bubbles. NINW is a positive movement that encourages people to be curious about their own thinking and open to development. Instead of focusing on specific target groups, we address the fundamental problem with our thinking. ‘Outside boxes, within boundaries, the adventure begins’ is central to this.
Many people are concerned about polarization, but we have more similarities than differences. And we agree on more things than disagree. By getting to know “others” better and unraveling biases, we can make better choices that suit ourselves, society and the future.
