1. Inspiration and strategic advice
Every project begins with a conversation. We listen to your needs, goals and the identity of your location. Whether it’s a hospitality facility, commercial building, shopping center, vacation park, landscaping project or public space: together we map out what the desired look, experience and atmosphere should be.
On this basis, we provide strategic advice on which decoration best suits your location and target group. This advice goes beyond the choice of ornaments: we advise on lighting, eye-catchers, thematic concepts and interaction options for visitors.
2. Creative design and customization
Once the strategy is clear, our designers get to work. Each project is customized and tailored to the architecture, layout and style of your location.
- Interior and exterior: from atmospheric table decorations to imposing trees and façade lighting
- Eyecatchers: eye-catching figures such as Disney or Miffy characters, interactive objects and digital applications
- Thematic concepts: specially designed to surprise visitors and create an unforgettable experience
3. Production and quality
Many of our decorations are manufactured in-house. This allows us to ensure the highest quality standards, durability and safety. Our products are energy efficient, recyclable and biodegradable. All our lighting and ornaments meet the strictest (fire) safety standards.
4. Delivery, assembly and installation
We provide full-service delivery. Our experienced technicians install all decorations accurately according to the design plan, both indoors and outdoors. Whether it’s Christmas lights, Christmas trees, pole ornaments or eye-catchers, everything is safely and professionally installed.
5. Maintenance and support
During the time the decoration is in place, we offer maintenance and prompt service. Should something happen to the lighting or an ornament, we will fix it immediately so that your location always shines.
6. Disassembly and storage
After the holidays, we provide expert dismantling and safe storage of the decorations out of season. That way you don’t have to worry about it and you can take advantage of our quality products again next year.
7. Personal contact
A permanent account manager is available to you on every project. He or she supervises the entire process, provides advice and actively thinks along with you about new ideas or improvements.
