Your place of employment is Hoorn80. You are part of one warehouse department with locations in Hoorn, Wijdenes and Maastricht. You work under a team lead on location. The linesare short. The expectations are clear.
The three warehouses are managed by the warehouse manager. We help each other across locations. This also means that you will be temporarily deployed in Wijdenes when necessary (busyness, leave, illness).

What you do as a warehouse worker:
- You don’t wait. You make sure it’s arranged.
- You prepare transports for shipment, load trolleys based on the warehouse receipt and
- neatly clean up return material. The warehouse is your responsibility: overview, order
- and no half measures.
- You check and repair ornaments. Is something not working? Then you fix it or you make
- sure it is fixed.
- Do you see work? Then you pick it up. Do you see clutter? Then it’s gone before anyone
- says anything about it.
Who you are:
- You see work and pick it up;
- You don’t need control by the minute;
- You are handy or want to become that;
- You understand that collaboration is the key to success;
- You communicate clearly (Dutch and/or English);
- You take responsibility for what you do;
- You work neatly and think ahead;
- You stand still when it gets busy;
- You are flexible and switch between locations if necessary;
- You like structure, or you apply it yourself.
Your knowledge and experience:
- Diplomas are not decisive. Work mentality is;
- Experience in logistics is a plus;
- Forklift certificate is useful (or you can get it from us);
- Technical insight (electricity is a nice bonus);
- Driving license B is required (E is a plus);
- You will be able to manage in Dutch and/or English.
